- EHEd HolmansDec 12, 20255.0Very happy with the treatment at the Groom Room. We took our 1yr old Cockapoo who needed to be shaved because of some matting. Team were very friendly, informative and helpful. Prices fair vs. what you can pay in surrounding areas. Clean ears, clipped nails, all neat and tidy.
- KFkatie fitzgeraldNov 11, 20221.0horrified about the mess they made of my dogs groom, he was completely scalped, when complaining I was told he was matted from head to do when I know this is complete and utter rubbish!! My dog is completely traumatised and isn’t the same since this experience. Personally I would avoid this place at all costs

What if I am running late to drop my dog off or pick them up?
Let us know as soon as possible if you're running late and we'll do our best to fit you in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we can't guarantee that your appointment will still be available.
If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
